Alicia and Will Wedding

Alicia and Will were married a few weeks ago in a beautiful ceremony at Alicia's parent's house near the Cape.  I shot some engagement photos for them back in the spring and was psyched to see them both again for their wedding day.

Alicia had chosen a great dress for her day.
I think Alicia's mom and dad's thumbs are literally green.  Here are some of the flowers that served as a backdrop to their ceremony.  I had to grab a few shots.

Don't be afraid to put the guys to work!
A few more details.

And here's Alicia and her mom putting the final touches on her dress and veil.

Such a pretty bride.
Here's a shot of the girls peeking out the window just before heading down to the ceremony.

This was a ceremony full of emotion.  From the handwritten vows they shared to Alicia's sister acting as the Justice of the Peace, all in front of her parent's garden, it was just perfect.

Proud parents looking on.

Sharing a great kiss under the falling rose petals.
I don't usually post the photos from the family formal shots, but I thought this was an especially sweet shot of Alicia and her dad.
And this was just a great idea.  All held photos from their parent's wedding days.

The guys...
...the girls...
...and all together in the lush backyard.

These guys were just great together which always comes through in the photos.

Will's best man gave a hilarious speech that had the entire crowd cracking up.

A couple from the parent dances.

And a bunch of shots from the great party that followed.  I wouldn't be exaggerating by saying that Will's parents were the best dancers on the floor!

Alicia's gram wasn't afraid to hit the dance floor.

And this guy actually landed this!  I've done a lot of weddings - dancefloor backflips were a new one for me!

Alicia and Will,
Thank you, thank you for allowing me to share the day with you!  You two are incredibly nice and I wish you both all the best!  More to come soon!
