Teresa and Justin Wedding

Teresa and Justin were married a few weeks ago at St. Joseph's Church in Holbrook, MA.  It was a pleasure working with these guys and they had an awesome day from start to finish.  Teresa began the day by getting ready at Tigerlily Hair Salon in Holbrook.

Here's a few details just before she put her dress on.

And here's Teresa looking beautiful in her dress!  Her mom had a surprise waiting for her when she put her dress on.  She had sewn the words "Happily Ever After" along with their wedding date into the seam of Teresa's dress.  In blue thread of course, which was Teresa's "something blue".  Nice job mom!
Teresa and Justin decided to see each other before the ceremony for some formal shots - which I love!  It definitely allows for more time to get some great shots!  They saw each other for the first time at Borderland State Park in Easton.

Here's Teresa's dad looking very proud of his daughter...
... and here are some shots of the wedding parties.

After that we got a bunch of great shots of Teresa and Justin together.  They looked awesome together.

And then we headed off to the church for the ceremony.

Here's the toast that was waiting for them outside.
After the ceremony everyone headed over to the East Bridgewater Commercial Club where they had their reception (and where we squeezed in a couple more quick photos).

Their first dance was to Led Zeppelin's "Thank You".  Great choice.

I loved this shot of Teresa's parents looking on during the dance.

A couple shots of the parent dances.
And then the cake cutting.

Next up is a quick series from the bouquet toss.  I love the action in these shots!  Everyone came out unscathed.  I can't say the same for the bouquet...!

Here's the little guy who really caught the garter.  Unfortunately for him there's an age limit on the next part of the tradition!
And finally, here are a bunch of images from their great reception.  Awesome crowd!

Thanks again guys!  Your day was perfect - definitely deserved for two super nice people!  Talk to you soon!

Lauren and Isaiah

Lauren and Isaiah, who I met through Heather and CT, were married a little while back at St. Michaels Church in Mendon and then had their reception at Blissful Meadows in Uxbridge.  I was lucky enough to be invited along to document their day - which turned out to be a great one!  Special thanks goes out to Heather for introducing me to Lauren and Isaiah (and Clare and Brian before them!).

A few details captured while I was over at Lauren's house where the girls were getting ready.

Lauren was such a pretty bride.
And then we were off to St. Michaels for their ceremony.  This church will be torn down soon so it had extra significance to Lauren who, if I remember correctly (!), had her first communion/Confirmation here.
Isaiah just before the ceremony started.

After the ceremony we got a few shots of the newlyweds on the front steps!

Then everyone headed over to Blissful Meadows where we grabbed some quick formal shots with the wedding party.  The bridesmaids dresses were a great contrast to the green surroundings.
And you'll see in these next few shots that these guys were fun to shoot!  I don't get the chance to do many action shots at weddings, but Isaiah was all about these.  This next one of Isaiah and his best man CT cracks me up.
And the effort in this one was great!
After the guys had their fun, the girls kicked off their shoes and got in on the action!
These guys were high school sweethearts and they were awesome together.

Then we headed inside for the reception.

So, because they were high school sweethearts, they had a great slideshow during the reception that included dances, old photos, and other assorted pictures that showed them growing up together.  The crowd loved it.
Here's a quick montage of the speeches.
Their first dance.
And then the party.  These guys had a great crowd which always makes my job easy!  Here's a few of my favorites from the night.

Congrats again guys!  Your day was awesome and I definitely appreciated being there to capture a few memories for you.  Talk to you soon!
